FatCrab's Chilli Crab Recipe
- 2 pcs mud crabs (About 1 KG total)
- 1 packet of FatCrab’s special chilli crab sauce
- 1 packet of mantou (12 pcs)
- Cooking oil
1. Defrost chilli crab sauce for 2 hours (do not microwave).
2. Steam fresh crabs for 15-18 minutes until crabs smell “cooked”.
3. Stir sauce in wok for 5 minutes until boiled.
4. Add chopped crab into wok.
5. Stir and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes.
6. Add oil and deep fry mantous until golden brown.
